The question is, these days TVCs and Internet is full of Oils and its benefits, like using oils over your face and body. However, unlike creams, many are unaware of its uses and advantages, and find themselves shifting between creams and oils. Here a quick guide to help you decide whether you need a cream or oil.Acne prone skin
Over active oil glands are responsible for skin being acne prone. Though this doesn't mean you can't enjoy the benefit of oils on your face. Oils like tea tree and argan have anti bacterial properties, so these might work for such skin. Drink lots of water and wash your face everytime you feel too much dust or sweat on your skin.
Oily skin
Just because you have Oil in your skin, doesn't mean you cannot use one. Use oils that are light weight and get easily absorbed by the skin. Oils that have haling properties like jojoba. tea tree and rosehip are best recommended for this type of skin. When selecting creams, go for light creams (obviously) which also have shine control.
Dry skin
Dry skin is sensitive to few natural ingredients and even gets rashes easily due to lack of moisture and natural oils in the skin. This does not mean any oil is good for dry skin, rather opt for soothing creams with mild ingredients. In case you really want to use oil on your skin, then opt for coconut oil as it is mild and also reduces redness and irritation and hydrates well too.
Normal skin
So you have the best of both worlds. Mix a few drops of jojoba, argan or marula to your daily light moisturizer and flaunt your skin like anything.
